The attendees will receive guidance on developing a personalized wellness plan for their anesthesia programs. The presentation will begin with the critical issue of stress and burnout, supported by statistics and background information. It transitions into a review of the COA wellness requirements for curriculum, emphasizing the importance of integrating wellness initiatives into their anesthesia program with a brief discussion of the Wellness Curriculum Framework proposed by the Health and Wellness committee, as well as potential applications. Lastly, the presenters will discuss personal perspectives through examples of wellness initiatives instituted at their university.
